Timeliness Is Of Utmost Importance

Your timeliness is of the utmost importance! Summer and Fall is a very busy time at Emma Krumbee’s so being on time for your tour is essential.
Please do your best to arrive on time for your scheduled tour.
Check the driving time.
In case of unexpected delays, we appreciate your cooperation and flexibility in making the necessary arrangements upon arrival to reorganize your tour.

Be at the orchard 15 minutes early. If your group is late, we will go onto the next group and try to get your group in at the next possible opening.

Tour Agenda

Your bus/vehicle will be met when you arrive. The contact person should please check in at Emma Krumbee’s General Store. Also, at this time, we will collect payment before your orchard adventure begins.
Your group will be greeted by an Emma Krumbee’s tour guide and meet for a brief educational presentation. Then your group will have the opportunity to board our handicap-accessible wagon for a leisurely ride through our orchard. There will be plenty of time to enjoy the various attractions here at Emma Krumbee’s: Emma’s Mountain and the Half Peck play areas, antique tractors, and tractor pedal trikes are some of the fun-filled activities. Before you leave, stop back into the General Store to pick up take-home bakery treats and goodies. Suggested time needed for tour: 1 1/2 to 2 hours. (Weather conditions may vary agenda.)

Group Payment

Upon your arrival, we will collect the money before your orchard adventure begins. Checks should be payable to: EMMA KRUMBEES. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover are accepted. A single payment covering the entire group is preferred. We will no longer bill groups for the tours. Purchase orders will not be accepted. All groups must pay in full at the time of arrival. A receipt will be given when the full payment has been received.

We welcome groups of all sizes and folks of all ages. We recommend that your group is broken into sub-groups of no more than 30 including adults and children. The sub-groups can then rotate from activity to activity. Groups of 15 or more people will receive a complementary admission for the tour director and driver.

What If It Snows Or Rains?

Please inform us of any cancellations or late arrivals. Be sure that all participants are dressed according to the weather and changing conditions. Good Ideas To Consider

  1.  Bring Your Camera!
  2. Each visitor should have a name tag which identifies his/her group or organization
  3. Chaperones and escorts should bring permanent magic markers so that the take-home treat bags can be labeled with each guest’s name.
